Our Offices
Due to the breadth of services we provide, insurance and equipment issues, it is necessary for us to practice out of several locations each with different capabilities. What is safe and comfortable in one place, may not be so at another site-of-service.
From purely an insurance standpoint we may need to take you to Wyandot as a “Critical Access Hospital” in order to get your procedure covered, paid for, or “cost-covered” by your insurance, especially if you are a Medicaid beneficiary. This sounds unnecessarily complex, and we agree that it is a bit silly, but we don’t live in a perfect world, we live in this one. And, this is the best we can do as we struggle to offer what is both state-of-the-art and the standard-of-care to even the poorest Americans.
Main Office:
This building is part of the MedCentral Hospital campus, and is on the same block and side of street as the Emergency Room entrance.

Front entrance to this office off of Glessner Ave is not Handicap Accessible.
We accept patients by physician (MD, DO, DPM) referral only.
We cannot accept self-referrals.

by mouth” unless you are Hospice

by a “Pain Doctor” for violation of a
pain contract.

The SurgiCenter is located at end of Crickett Lane off Trimble Road. At the end of this cul-de-sac, turn left into our newly repaved parking lot. Front entrance is wheelchair accessible.

We started here on Jan 31st, 2008, and could not be happier in our new home away form home. This is a great place. Everyone has been helpful and the COO Mr. Ty Shaull has become our favorite hospital administrator of all time. We initially came to this facility once an month, but are now rendering services at this facility twice a month.
We have never been treated so well.
We have basically established a regular clinic at this site providing the full range of rehabilitation medicine, pharmacologic pain management, EMG/NCS, and Interventional Pain Management as well as spasticity management and minimally invasive spine care. We can provide Botox, Baclofen, Nucleoplasty and all the other basic services on our homepage.
We are pleased to help the community by having provided both thermal radiofrequency and pulsed-radiofrequency at this site since day one.
We are excited now we have brought percutaneous disk decompression, Nucleoplasty, (Arthrocare SpineWand) to this facility.
We are pleased to announce we have now started to provide Spinal Cord Stimulation (dorsal column stimulation) and recently we have started providing Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty services at this facility.
It has been said that “When you see a turtle up on top of a telephone pole you know he didn’t get there by himself”.
Credit should be given to Mr. Shaull and the staff of the outpatient specialty clinic at this facility. We also thank the OR staff for adapting so quickly to new things and enabling us to perform so efficiently at this site.
We enjoy a working relationship with an operating neurosurgeon and now an orthopaedic surgeon who currently also has an established clinic at this site.
Go Wyandot! or “Upper” as they call it.
Trivia: The locals staff states that Upper Sandusky is actually south of Sandusky and seems to be named ”Upper” because it is geographically at a higher elevation. We didn’t say it was useful trivia, just that it was trivia.
